pretty close. Hence the posters comparison. But even the least inclined 777a would either eclipse the the monthly alv......or, choose to be satisfied with res guarantee....... and likely work a fraction of the posters hard flying 900 hrs/year......for the same pay.
And that calculation is bankable year after year.
I say good on ya for those who are able to find whatever advantage their category presents. But as has been noted..... the calculation for 'compensation' is more involved than multiplying alv times hourly pay rates.
