Honestly, not picking on the Mesa guys and I have met many that I would gladly fly with anyday, but it's no secret that Mesa does give many a second or third chance at a 121 career.
And I'm sure there are guys applying to Mesa who haven't done their research in advance and end up with the training contract and feel tied to the company.
Everyone is passing everyone else's failures around. They're washing out of Mesa and going elsewhere as well.
