I know for our company in Toronto, they won't even let the guy doing the walk around off the plane unless you have the vest because that station has been fined before. I had one instance where they couldn't find the extra vest so the guy cleaning the inside of the plane pulled the vest off his back and gave it to me. If not wearing the orange vest makes your d!ck look bigger, then by all means don't wear it.
