Not one of us LAA guys said this is a happy family or bragged about our contract. Yes it severely needs work.

I've never voted Yes to anything.
I'm involve union and company I make phone calls/emails to both.
The only time things change is when we complain in mass to chiefs.
I think your bad experiences with LAA you brought on yourself.
