Yep. This statement is absolute BS. I have been late hundreds of times in the last 2 or 3 years with no delay report sent and I never got "The Call" . Anybody who has been here awhile knows that compared to other airlines the management/discipline system in place here is so disorganized and understaffed that you can get away with almost anything and not get questioned. As long as you don't bend metal, fail a drug test or beat the crap out of a gate agent or flight attendant you'll probably never have any problems. Spirits logistic understaffing and disorganization is often frustrating but can be used to your advantage.
Now thats a solid and accurate point
I heard from a VA guy one day, who said their guys have gotten calls from the CP when they had adjusted their cost index, using a higher number and not the company issued CI.
I laughed because Spirit has to be 10 levels of organization away from being able to track and call CAs for this.
