That's my line... I had to get a surgery and another semi invasive procedure this month and I lost a ton of pay for November. I'm out of sick time and I'm out of vacation. My spouse lost one of his two jobs; He lost his job because he had to be with me for the surgery. His employer refused to give him the time off because he hadn't been there for more than one year and did not qualify for FMLA. If I didn't get this surgery I'd be out of work till July or August. I carry the health insurance and I am the primary income earner. So sometimes you have to do what you have to do! So unless y'all want to pay my bills, and pay for what's going on in my life. The reason it was on FB is that a friend of mine posted that he had the same type of schedule. I wasn't boasting, I was sympathising with him. Sometimes people have to work extra to make ends meet. Such is life. Thankfully it is available for when you need it.
