Right on baby! I did the end of the year math and I'm getting paid 3.5 hours for every hour I block and that does NOT include sick calls or vacation time. I want a decent retirement and hourly rate but I'm concerned that if we ever get a new contract I'm gonna have to actually drive out to the airport and fly the jet every once in awhile. Our current contract (if you work the system) is probably the most inefficient and unproductive in the industry. Funny thing is the clowns in management are in a position to change it and there not doing anything about it.
