They plan on having the seniority list up to 2300 by the fall of 08! based on orders to bring the whole fleet up to 230! So that would mean we would have roughly 1100ish captains on property. So most of the fall of 06 hires are around the 1300s to 1500s. We are loosing all the J4J guys and attrition will most likely stay at 20ish a month. I jumped 33 spots on the september list! So yeah i would say fall of 06 hires will look at upgrade in the summer of 08, and About 24 months from DOH for the spring 07 hires and a good 3 years for the summer 07 new hires. I have a march number, sitting in the low 1600s, we will have over 2000 on the october list. 400 pilots in just 6 months means upgrade time will start to really stretch between all the pilots that were hired during the summer hiring rush! just my forecast!
