You can upgrade on the CRJ when the time comes if you want it quicker. On one hand easier to upgrade on a plane you're currently flying, but that will be a shortened training course. If you upgrade on another jet, you'll get the full-length training course.
Thank you both. But I thought you were seat-locked for the first 2 years as a new hire? They're going to train me again in the CRJ just because I feel like my career is moving too slowly in the E175 after a year or two? Has that ever happened? ...doesn't seem cost effective for them.
