The Arctic sea ice, and Greenland Ice sheet have both declined.
Mean sea level has increased by 4-8 inches in the past century and the rate of rise over the past 20 years is more than double the rate of the preceding 80 years.

There is no correlation between seas levels and the amount of co2 that had been produced.
