Per the ALPA Administrative Manual, the dues ALPA receives is broken down into four accounts: MEC Account, Administrative and Support Account, Operating Contingency Fund and the LEC Account.
As a large carrier MEC, 33.33% of that dues income is allocated to your MEC. So 1/3 of the dues collected from the retro payment will be allocated to the Delta MEC account.
