You should get the full retro difference between training pay rates. Plus I assume the 401k money on that amount too.
True dat! Look at the months you were in training and and take the difference in new training pay (retro 2016 training pay). The month you converted to line pilot from OE can be discerned from the PAS on the Self Service page. It will show the training pay amount and the Flight Pay/Flight Advance.
