I did my IFR thru MEI there. Experienced CFI's with top notch instruction and great rates. Not what I'd call a ratings mill but they can get you done in a timely manor. Herb's resume on the site speaks for itself. How busy they are has varied over the years. It can go from quiet to swamped from month to month. I don't know how it's been in the recent past. I do know that Herb won't take on a student if he doesn't have the time to finish them in the time frame they need to finish up by. I suggest you call and speak to them.
