22G is the section of the PWA that covers this. In DALPA's recent, implementation schedule email, the date listed in the table is 5/2/17. People assumed it would be DOS, but that appears to be false.
The way I read it is they have until then to implement. They can implement it now or any time before then....but I've been known to be wrong before.
