The oldies has been stuck at this company, unable to get on with a real airline. Don't be part of the miserable good old boys. The sooner you know and realize now the better. Don't waste your time and tell stories of "it's better blah blah".
This pilots are making less than any company flying the same plane. You can say, they make less than a regional pilot now.
You will just be flying with a bunch of "insecure pilots" who failed at getting on with a legacy.
They even botched the golden ticket with Southwest. Look at their current state, lots of in fighting and the notion "we will get our increase soon".
😂😂😂
Ichigo, sorry my silver bullet did not work for you. We can try again in 6 months...
On the side note: majority of pilots were hired after 9/11. Who was hiring then and what where they paying? I will help you out, swa ran classes paid more than F9, CO had few starting pay was 27/hr and no benefits for 6 months to be based in ewr. Virgin, jet blue and spirit as well all paid significantly less.
Feel free to insult the airline all you want, but when you insult the pilot group it gets personal. We have our 10% like any other airline, but the other 90% are great.
Seems like you are the one that is stuck at Republic, which I would be bitter as well if I was in your situation.
