Honest question for those who know more about this than I.... I get that the problem that people are seeing with NAI is basing in Ireland to be able to use labor laws that are more beneficial to them. But what about Irish carriers such as Aerlingus? How does the Open Skies agreement apply to them, or why is nobody upset about them flying to the US? I personally would love anything that's going to help sustain a successful career at the legacy I work for but just am trying to see what the argument would have been for the DOJ to deny the application.
