Congratulations on the hire! Sounds like you're gonna have a long career ahead of you on the front of a great wave. Can I ask about your Sim Instructor position? Was that through your company or did you do that somewhere else? I was just curious because at my place (XJT - ASA side) those aren't easy to come by.
