I like myflightbook.com.

It's free and has excellent search and report creation functionality. (Makes it easier to fill out airline apps.)

You can export backups to Excel. (For a small fee, the site will automatically backup your logbook nightly to your cloud account.) If you have some basic Excel skills, it's easy to import your existing logbook and flight time reports from your company.

It's certainly worth a look if you like using Excel but want something a bit more sophisticated.
