I posted in the Spirit thread as I know they are currently in mediated negotiations and a contract looks to be far off. I truly see a benefit for anyone on the bottom half of their list to come to Envoy and flow to AA if a legacy is where they want to end up. That's why I posted there.
Not too sure why you are upset with me. I'm just trying to be super positive. I know things could be better in some areas but we have the flow and it's real. Upgrades are rapidly dropping. In general, things at Envoy are getting better and not worse. Can't see your point in bashing the company you work for when a turnaround is in place.
We have flow, we have upgrades 6 yrs. But schedules are not getting better, and qol is at the bottom, we are a drained pilot group and it's starting to show. People get annoyed when people post stuff like you did, because, things are not really changing, and Pedro and Ric are hell bent on doing what they want without regard to the schedule.
