What ever happened to BNA becoming a base? I heard it was a rumor now for the past 5 years, but on my last trip I heard some FAs saying maybe STL would be the next base. All rumors I know, and pretty much worth nothing, but I was hoping for an eventual BNA base personally.
BNA has been a rumor at least as long as I've been here, which is over 21 years. I suspect, like the STL, MCI and FLL base rumors, it's propagated by wishful folks that live near them.
