Make sense. The top 300 Captains at envoy are senior lifers that couldn't moved on and are getting 18yr+ pay. That can't be good for a regional.
We don't have that many for sure.. and we have many retirements coming. Plus there are many that will retire when mdt closes. I think our cost structure makes pdt very competative unless we get a renegotiating of the contract
