There is one on the seniority list with no high school degree and many with no college degree so anything is possible. No four year degree doesn't make you the most competitive candidate but it certainly isn't disqualifying. I believe many or most of the current applicants have at least a four year degree so you will most likely need additional enhancements to your resume to make yourself stand out.
