Speaking of the LZU location, there is a YouTube channel called Prop & Gear. It's a VLog of a guy that went through the 100 ME program there this summer. It was updated last month after he'd gone through the CFI portion but before CFI standardization.
He's an ATP CFI now at one of the PHX area locations.
