So all pilots hired within the last year would effectively have zero freeze now? If that's what you're (your?) suggesting there is no way they'll do that.
We got the deeply beloved OE trip drops in the first place only because we gave them a one year freeze for NH pilots. There is zero chance they'll grant relief on that outside of the already existing situations where they have to (first time upgrade, new category, etc).
If we are able to make this happen, it will only be because of a massive loophole zinger and the company caught in awe saying "omg we didn't think they'd do that"
I suspect they'd deny it anyway and take it to arbitration, bust out the NNP's and argue (likely successfully) that this wasn't the intent. But who knows maybe its worth a try.
