Everyone is making this sound way harder than it really is. If you are on a trip they will be cool with you in your uniform. Spend five minutes reading the Frontier Wikipedia page so you have a general knowledge of the airline, use some combination of the words growth, opportunity, and culture in a coherent sentence, and have a rehearsed but not canned sounding answer to why you would rather be at F9 than a legacy. If you can pull that off without drooling on yourself you'll be fine. Good luck and don't get worked up over it.
