They are not used to the pace, the hours (both length and circadian shifts), the type of airports used, the level of service expected.
NetJets is nothing like flying for a 121 airline and people who make the argument of "flying is flying" are merely degrading what NJA pilots do and buying into the Hansell-like thought process that as long as we have the newest aircraft, we are providing the best service.
