My wife works for a fairly well-paying/benefit profitable IT company. We use our AA benefits as they are better than hers. By a pretty good margin. Our healthcare is worse than it was at Airways BUT not that much worse and we make a hell of a lot more money so it's not even a fair comparison.

I say we do away with group pay and pay everything the same rate with an international override for the PITA factor. Take the training bubble savings that the company will get and turn it directly into a pay check increase on the NBs.

But for starters why don't we actually get our JCBA implemented, you know, like it was supposed to be in 2015.
