Assuming you are talking about the 757-200 FO then the proper UAL number is:
$172.93 x 4.4% = $180.53
or
$10/$170= 6% less 2017
then 2018
$180.53 x 4% = $187.75
Does AA get a 2018 pay raise? If not then $17/170 = 10% less
and assuming for the moment you ARE speaking of the 757-200 I would argue that it is a poor comparison since it was banded with the 737 because of arguments during the SLI, but historically at UAL it had paid much higher. A better comparison would be 737 as that is the biggest fleet by far and it appears that pays $160 for AA and $180 for UAL as of 1/17 for FOs and then $187 as of 1/18.
