Yeah, it's definitely worth it. But it just seems like you're paying for your training. Strange that first year FO's at regionals now make more than UPS! It's definitely a hardship for that year. I'm figuring out how we'll make it work. But we lived through it years ago at the regionals. We'll make it through again. [emoji41]
