Exactly what CBreezy said, And add to that if you are on reserve picking up trips, swapping reserve days is a complete *******t show it's all done by emails and crew scheduling (futures) are overwhelmed by emails because they have the line holders bidding open time via emails and reserve requests via emails and of course the reserve somehow always gets screwed, but no seriously other than these disasters problems it's a great software, wait until you are trying to see your schedule while they are changing it fun times.
