We voiced our concerns to management.... over and over and over. They don't care. At all. Middle management, I will admit, seems to want to put out the fire and rebuild the burned house. But upper management doesn't want that. FO and HK still think there are plenty of pilots out there for a dime a dozen that will work at TSA regardless of contract violations and a criminal payroll department.
