Funny how the
perception of "customer experience" does not correlate to the better place to actually work as a pilot.
Here's how that would go:
UA pilot: Where did you work before JB?
JB pilot: ACA and IA
UA pilot: Cool. What was was ACA and IA?

I've flown with a few f/o's in the past two years that were in training at Jet Blue (1 had finished OE) and left for United. The only United pilot I know of that left United for JBlow was our esteemed womens' Bobsledding Olympian.
