CAL pilots,

Is CAL mgmt and pilot representation currently in continuous negotiations for the new contract? I saw a month or so ago that they started talks but I wasnt sure if it continued. Also is there a deadline that they are trying to have it done by or is this one that may take a few years to get passed...
