$70/k-ish top of scale now to $103k-ish top of scale at end of deal. No where close to legacy and only close to Spirit parity. This dispatcher agreement is not something to celebrate. It's a p*** and ******* poor deal and anything from the company that implies "we want to reach agreements" with labor will only be believed by the drinkers. It's amazing to me that there are guys that still post on this thread saying that they're excited about the opportunity to work for Frontier. My advice, re-read the past hundred pages without the rose colored glasses and look elsewhere for employment. Going to job fairs and coming to class excited to work for Frontier is not received with the enthusiasm that it used to be.
I get the sentiment, F9 is a horrible company to work for. I hope people do their research before deciding to come here, but it's a sad reality of aviation that there are much worse jobs out there. Just ask the 91 guy who is tied to his phone 24/7/365 or someone flying night freight.

None of that excuses how we're treated but I don't blame someone for coming here to improve their quality of life, I just hope they realize what they're getting into.
