I have no complaints about the two instructors I have seen. They are interested in seeing you succeed. The CRM class was easily the best, most worthwhile CRM training I have ever been through. Based on previous experiences with CRM training, I expected to have a tough time staying awake. But this one was well-presented and interesting.
So the "Aryan Brotherhood" in the training department with the "when in doubt, wash them out" philosophy is gone...
That's great! They really cast a shadow over there for a long time.
