Have you heard how composites are doled out after the SAP? Seems kinda vague. Do people bid on the scraps or is a schedule just arbitrarily made for each composite holder at the whim of the company?
They'll use your bid to build it. One thing is for sure, there'll be zero open time in any base when the bids close due to this.
