You will get hired no problem, it takes a lot for OO to turn anyone away. They let ground school and sims weed any poor candidates out.

I'm a 7/25/2016 hire, who has been trying to get DEN on the CRJ. Next month DEN has 152 total FO lines and 160 FOs last time I checked. That means 8 ppl have to upgrade, transition or transfer out for them to let anymore in. Oh and once they start letting ppl in to DEN again you'all be behind a long list of ppl that want DEN as well. Also as more ERJs are received there is a possibility of shrinking DEN CRJ even further. I anticipate not being able to get DEN until summer flying picks up so that puts it at almost 1 year for CRJ. If you go ERJ I think it takes 7 months and that might be falling.

COS is a similar story because everyone that has a transfer request for DEN, also has one for COS. So to get COS it will probably take close to 10 months. Last month 1 guy transferred out and they let 1 in.
