As far as i am aware they are not tso certified yet. But that doesnt stop people from using them from what ive seen. I use the david clark DC pro X's they have lasted me 3 years of regional flying abuse and 2 years now at united. Perfect noise cancelling for what we need, and about half as expensive as the new bose aviation headsets.
