I will also miss mixed lines. I think the unions plan on this was to increase head count although I think the company actually gets more flexibility with ADD days which are essentially reserve days you have no control over. This will probably effect the small bases a lot more than the big bases, even relatively senior guys may notice ADD days randomly sprinkled in their schedule on lighter months.
