You'll get a wide variety of answers on this. The average is 50 hrs/month, but I have seen as low as 25 and as high as 90.
We are hiring for both seats but only advertising for direct entry captains. The January and March classes are filled with a mix of both seats. If you submit a resume, they will keep it on file.
