Do I get that day back somewhere else that month or is it just gone since min days off is 11? Also can you get junior manned below 11 days? You understand correctly. If they cause you to go below 11(JM or Training) they owe you a return day. If you take yourself from 12 to 11 by flying OT, than get JM'd, you do NOT get a returned day.
