Bit of a range though, between what you guys are saying a newhire could expect to make, and what someone who just finished their first year said that they made at ORD ($42k). $42k is sort of what I was expecting to see, and why I'm hesitant to go to Skywest when other locations are offering $60k and above. But he did say that was before training pay matched reserve and what not..
I'll figure it out. Thanks for the info!
Some places are offering crazy bonuses and you really have to ask yourself why? Is it just out of the goodness of their hearts? If you own a business how likely are you to give 20k to 2000 plus employees? Exactly. Second year isn't that good after that first year bonus is gone and I believe endeavors bonus program ends next year.
