Most regionals do not offer a pension and the 401(k) contribution is not as much as what Atlas offers. Also, first year may be a paycut for most regional captains but year twelve's captain pay is better than year twenty at the regionals. Just saying, it's a step up. That said, I know that you guys should be compensated much better and I would stand with you in a picket line so that the 5Y pilot group would acquire a deserving contract.
