Also, first year may be a paycut for most regional captains but year twelve's captain pay is better than year twenty at the regionals. Just saying, it's a step up. My benefits, overall, were better at the regionals. 401(k) match is exactly the same. Senior RJ captains who came here have given up salaries that were competitive with our 767 CA pay. (over time, yes, it will be more here, but how long to make up the difference?) Could you add/drop/trade your schedule at the regionals? You can't do it here, except for bidding or calling in sick. And the list goes on...
