A very good analysis. I wonder how AE will pull it all off- if they can get the upgrade time down to a couple of years I imagine they will have an onslaught of Mesa FO lateral moves applying. I keep getting emails to go to their job fairs, like 1/2 of the seniority list at Mesa I just can't justify the pay cut from CA back to FO even if only for 2 years...
