Atlas is still better than any regional, my friend(s).... Push comes to shove, when the majors aren't calling, where would it be better to retire at...regional airline or Atlas? It's a no brainer.
As a second or third tier airline, Atlas is most certainly NOT better than many other airlines in our same category. Kalitta (with their possible TA), Allegiant, and others all have much better contracts than we do at Atlas.
The bottom line is
"If you can get a job at Atlas, you are qualified to get a much better job at another airline".
