So what seems to be the secret sauce right now? I am currently at a WO AA 3+ yrs to flow. I am a west coast guy but want to move to PHX. I applied a little while back. I have a family and the older I get the harder it is to pack up for a week.

You're competitive, best bet is to attend a meet and greet or job fair. Keep in mind that IWA is relatively senior, probably will not get any better either when it becomes all bus next year.
If you have flow to AA it might be worth waiting for PHX..
