Timing is everything in this business and if you were starting your career at a regional when the music stopped after 09/11, you were stuck. Once things started moving again, there were and still are a lot of people trying to move up. You're painting with a very broad brush and it's not fair to a number of guys who have, for the the vast majority of them, proven themselves to be safe and professional pilots for us.
