Reason I ask is that I've been thinking what's better, accumulating PIC time at a regional or flying bigger metal from the right seat at aay?
My QOL is great at the moment but I'm just trying to move up the latter. I was thinking of applying at aay for the LAS base since I live there. My family is there and my wife's family is there as well. I'm currently based in lax which commuting is super easy, however, if there's a chance to stop commuting, I'd take it in a heartbeat.
Just wondering on thoughts everyone might have. Like I said, my qol is good but I don't want to be a regional lifer.
What I hear is "I'm not sure why swa hasn't called so I am considering trying allegiant to see if I can move up the food chain." Maybe I'm wrong but allegiant is better than any regional. It's a good gig if you can get it especially if you live in vegas. People aren't using is as a stepping stone anymore. Stay at your regional until a legacy calls if that is your goal
