File a PDR. Include screen shots of the confirmation screen after you hit the "submit" button. Follow up each mil leave notification (not request!) with an email to the PSC (with screen shots). You are not required to follow up to see if the leave took. Hence, keeping the screen shots for your personal CYA.

After that, here are two options I can think of:

If not on probation:
When the scheduler calls or you are due to show for a trip... don't answer the phone or don't show up. When they call you, inform them you are on mil leave. Wait for the phone call from the CPO and have the email with screen shots cocked and ready to send.

If on probation:
If notified of a trip, inform them you are on military leave. Ask to speak to the scheduling supervisor and let them know you have screen shots of your confirmation.

Recommend you post the question on our private forum: ualpilotsforum.org

I am sure you will get further guidance...likely better than mine!

My issues with mil leave bufoonery in the past is when I place mil leave on my last day off prior to a reserve day. Almost 75% of the time, they would put an assignment (usually a SC) on my schedule. They are not supposed to contact you until 0001 on your first available day of reserve if the day prior is a Mil Leave or MLOF day. Once, I was called the next day for a trip and when I told them I was never notified of my SC assignment (i.e. a call after midnight), a tempest ensued which concluded in me getting released back to Long Call.

At the minimum, screen shot your confirmation screens and absolutely file a PDR ASAP!
